We believe strongly in our products and every order goes through a very strict quality control process before shipping it out to you.

If you receive damaged or faulty product; or an incorrect order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. All refunds for faulty and incorrect items will be made by method of payment. We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

No return , for any reason will be accpeted if the hygiene seal on product is broken in anyway.

You may return goods by contacting Customer Care on "info@giftsnmore.com.au" , who will advise you on how to return your goods via post.

The following information will be required when returning your goods:

1. Confirmation Email containing your Transaction Reference Number.
2. List and description of goods to be returned.
3. Reason for returning goods and proof of damaged or wrong items.
4. Receipts showing any return charges if you are claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered goods.

Please note that:

1. Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit.
2. You are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance.
3. Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt.
4. Once your returned goods are received and processed by us, it usually takes 3-5 working days depending on your card issuer, for the refund to appear in your bank account.  However this can take up to 14 days.
